The review of clothing items involves spending significant amounts of time in consultation, trials and review, and will be an ongoing process. The community’s approach will be to go through a deliberate and thorough process to make sure the right choices are made moving forward.
CLOTHING ITEM Change Process
Based on a clothing item list created by the Clothing Framework Review Team (CFRT) in response to the community survey and ongoing feedback from the THS community...
Clothing item options are sourced by the uniform/clothing shop with a focus on modernisation of materials and look, and practicality.
The clothing options are then worn by a group of 10 students (selected based on the type of clothing item) to engage with other students and collect comments. The group of students includes the student members of the CFRT.
Comments are then submitted back to the CFRT by the student members of that team using a standard document template.
The feedback is then analysed by the CFRT for final selection and approval.
The professional learning facilitators (teachers, executive etc), are advised of the item changes.
The uniform/clothing shop then begins the process of sourcing the approved clothing items.
This website is then updated and the THS community is advised by the usual communication means.
