Support

A key part of any framework is ensuring it is cared for, supported and monitored.

Within the THS community the clothing framework is supported by the THS Clothing Framework Support Team; made up of staff and students.

The team representatives cover all stage groups and is as gender balanced as possible.

The team recognises that the younger members of the THS community are also members of other communities and that there are times that exceptions will be made within this clothing framework due to circumstances that are beyond the control of a particular individual.

The support team will use the scorecard as a key tool/resource to drive positive change, and also dealing with issues.

Information (from Sentral) for the the scorecard will be uploaded daily and available to the support team in real-time and trending reports published to the THS community weekly.

Continuous negative performance as a collective will result in adjustments to the framework, typically as a loss of rights. Continuous positive performance will also result in adjustments to the framework (ie more rights) or more rewards, which will happen as a result of the standard positive reward system.

Continuous negative performance by an individual, who has the personal control and available support to work in the positive, will be worked through a number of support steps to help them work within the framework and then eventually steps towards “loss-of-rights”.
